Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies

Prerequisites: High School Diploma or Equivalent

CBIS’s Biblical Studies Associate Degree (A.A.B.S.) is a two-year degree program that will provide you with a foundation for various ministry and missions positions, social service, or personal spiritual development. The curriculum emphasizes Christian values as part of every course. A key focus is spiritual formation — developing a Christ-centered character that is visible through servanthood to God and others.

A total of 60 semester hours are required, with a minimum of thirty semester hours from CBIS. A 2.5 GPA is required on a scale of 4.0. Each course is worth 3 semester hours.

Prerequisites: High School Diploma or Equivalent

The Associate of Arts in Christian Counseling (A.A.C.C.) degree is designed to broaden the understanding of the multi-faceted aspects of Christian counseling.  This program will equip ministry practitioners with necessary skills to counsel from a biblical and Christian perspective and will enhance their effectiveness of ministering to people.
