Certificate in Church Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation

Prerequisites: High School Diploma or Equivalent

The Certificate in Church Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation prepares pastors, ministry leaders, church administrators, counselors, and lay leaders to recognize and address conflict within churches and Christian organizations.

Students will examine interpersonal disagreements, communication breakdowns, leadership disputes, divided ministry teams, and other conflicts that can affect the spiritual health and effectiveness of a church.

The program emphasizes biblical communication, ethical leadership, accountability, forgiveness, reconciliation, and the restoration of healthy ministry relationships.
